What is it??
AMP is an organic plant biostimulant derived from marine microalgae. Multiple years of research has gone into maximizing efficacy for the user, ranging from commercial agriculture to home gardening. The material is produced only using recycled water, trace nutrients, sunlight, and ambient carbon dioxide then mechanically separated and packaged. These microalgae are natural producers of phytonutrients, peptides, polysaccharides, and plant-available nitrogen that catalyze early stage growth and vigor in plants. The material is 100% water soluble and wont plug any nozzles and related infrastructure. Can be used both as a general soak as directed but also in a very targeted manner as a foliar.Â
Microalgae Basics
Microalgae are a category of unicellular photosynthetic organisms that naturally reside in marine or freshwater. They are some of the oldest forms of life on earth, having survived for billions of years, and are responsible for ~50% of the world’s oxygen. They are an incredibly diverse family of organisms (estimated that over 100,000 unique species exist) that make up the very base of the world’s food chain.

The 3 Primary Ways AMP Will Boost Your Plants
#1: Seed Starts and Seedling Care
AMP excels at seed starts and in boosting the growth of young seedlings.  AMP has been proven to dramatically improve germination and rate and can speed the entire germination process.
If soaking seeds prior to planting, use a 1:12 mix ratio (1oz of AMP for 12oz of water); Otherwise, AMP can be watered in at the general use rate of 1oz per gallon of water during planting.
AMP encourages fast root growth and uniquely enhanced root structure.
#2: Transplanting
AMP is an ideal input for use when transplanting indoor or outdoor.  Using the standard 1oz per gallon dilution rate, water newly transplanted plants thoroughly immediately after planting. Â
AMP reduces transplant shock and will increase root biomass and structure - helping the plant to quickly stabilize in a new environment.
#3: Established Plant Maintenance
Apply AMP every 30 to 60 days to keep plants in excellent health.  Ongoing routine application will increase plant-available nutrients in the soil and keeping the plant's immune system strong.
AMP increases plant vigor leading to resistance to biotic and/or abiotic stress.
A little AMP goes a long way.  AMP may be applied by watering or as foliar spray.

The AMP Seedling Protocol
A Minnesota gardeners guide to starting seeds with AMP: Assumes the use of a starter tray and your typical seed starter soil media:

Use 1 oz / gal as an initial soak when I plant the seeds

Upon germination, 1 oz / gal or its equivalent spray bottle foliar. I like the precision nature of that as you can get it on the plants and a bit to the roots without too much overhead water to disrupt the seed and young roots at that point

2 weeks after germination, another soak / foliar. I tend to stop after this because if I'm using fertility too, the plant tends to really take off and at least in my Minnesota world where weather makes actual planting a wild card and I don't want it to get too big on those trays and relatively small pots.Â

Soak/foliar upon transplant outsideÂ
Then I go to the usual cadence of up until flowering for your heavy feeders like tomatoes/peppers/cukes/etc. (water with 1oz per gallon every 4-6 weeks)

AMP can be applied via watering or as a foliar spray.
For General Use: Dilute in a ratio of 1oz of AMP to 1 gallon of water (3.8L). For most
applications, regular use of AMP during the growth phase of a plant is advised.

We do our very best to ship all of our products within two business days.  The vast majority ship within 24 hours.  We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.  We will occasionally hold shipments due to extreme weather to ensure that your living organic products arrive to you in peak condition.
Transit time is about 2-4 days from the ship date.
AMP should be kept in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight.  Amp is a living product and should not be allowed to overheat or to freeze.  We recommend refrigerating after opening to preserve bioactivity.
