Absolutely. It actually helps plants make better use of whatever fertilizers you apply. REV can be applied with pesticides and herbicides as well and helps both plant and soil recover quickly from all chemical interventions.

Generally every two weeks or at key stages (seedling, transplant, flowering). REV has no nitrogen so it will not "burn" your plants. Using REV too frequently will do no harm but is usually unnecessary.
