How to Apply REV Products

Simple Application Guide

One system. One primary rate. Real results.

Organic REV products were intentionally designed to work together — without complicated charts or aggressive feeding schedules.

For most gardeners and growers, the same simple application rate applies across the system.

The Primary Rule (Most Uses)

For Organic REV, AMP Microalgae, and Eco-Organic:

Mix 1 oz of product per 1 gallon of water

• Apply as a normal soil watering
• Use every 1–2 weeks as needed
• Safe to use individually or together
• Compatible with other fertilizer programs

What Each Product Does (Same Rate, Different Role)

REV — Root & Stress Support

Use when plants are:
• Transplanted
• Recovering from stress
• Facing heat, cold, or weather swings
• Growing slowly or unevenly

REV focuses on roots, resilience, and recovery.

AMP Microalgae — Early Energy & Growth Signals

Use during:
• Seed starting
• Early plant development
• Situations where strong early roots matter

AMP helps set a strong foundation early.

Eco-Organic — Gentle, Efficient Nutrition

Use for:
• Ongoing feeding
• Supporting soil biology
• Reducing reliance on high-salt fertilizers

Eco-Organic feeds plants through biology, not force.

Using Products Together

Organic REV products are designed to be mixed.

You may:
• Mix REV + AMP
• Mix REV + Eco-Organic
• Mix REV + AMP + Eco-Organic

As long as each product is applied at 1 oz per gallon, you are within the intended system design.

You can apply at the same time, stagger, or apply opportunistically.

Simple Use Cases (Quick Reference)

Seed Starting
• REV + AMP

• Apply gently to seed starting media — no need to oversaturate

Transplanting
• REV
• 1 oz per gallon for watering-in
• Optional root dip (see below)

Stressed or Slow Plants

• 1 oz per gallon
• Use every 1–2 weeks as needed

Advanced / Situational Applications

These are optional tools, not requirements.

Seed Soak (Optional Pre-Plant Boost)

• Mix REV 50/50 with water (1:1)
• Soak seeds 1–3 hours, then plant
• Or spray seeds, allow to dry, then plant

AMP can be used in tandem or alone at the same rates.

Transplant Root Dip

• Mix REV 50/50 with water (1:1)
• Lightly soak or spray roots before planting
• Plant immediately and water normally

Watering with AMP immediately after transplant is recommended.

Lawns & Landscapes

• Apply 3.5–4 oz per 1,000 sq ft
• Apply with standard watering or spray equipment

Trees, Shrubs, Hydroponics & Field Use

For larger-scale or specialty applications, follow crop- or system-specific guidance.

Keep It Simple

You don’t need perfect timing or complex schedules.

Most users see the best results by:
• Using the system consistently
• Avoiding overfeeding
• Letting roots and biology do the work

Strong roots solve most problems before they show up.

REV Application Rates:

Organic REV is simple to use.  All you have to do is add water to the concentrated REV and you are ready to go.  

REV can be applied by watering or foliar spray.  When watering you want to make sure that you soak the plants roots.  When spraying you want to coat the leaves.  REV is micronized and will not clog sprayers or drip systems.  Our particle size is small enough that plants can absorb our organic material into the leaf.

Watering Plants (Soil):

  • Watering. Use 1oz REV per gallon of water and water normally.  Use every 1 to 2 weeks depending on plant health. OR
  • Foliar Spray. Use 1oz REV per gallon of water and spray leaves thoroughly every 2-3 weeks.
  • Note: some plants such as tomatoes and cannabis have shown strong results when REV is applied weekly.

Home Transplanting:

  • Mix REV with water at a 50/50 ratio and soak or spray roots immediately prior to transplanting

Drip System in Greenhouse:

  • Use 1oz REV per gallon of water (May be able to back down to 1/2oz REV per gallon of water if watering frequently.)

Seed Treatments:

  • Soak seeds in a 50/50 REV to water mix for 1-3 hours prior to planting.
  • Spray seeds with a 50/50 REV to water mix and plant once seed has dried.
  • Untreated seeds can be planted in REV soaked soil.

Home Transplanting:

  • Dip (or spray) roots in a 50/50 REV to water mix and plant immediately.

Field Transplanting:

  • Put 12oz REV in a 5 gallon sprayer and spray flats. Plant in field and add 1 quart to 200 gallons of transplant water with fertility.

Trees and Shrubs:

  • (Established) 1/2 cup of REV per gallon of water for every 1" of tree diameter.  Soak the roots once every 6 months.
  • (Transplanting) Soak roots using 1/2 cup or REV per gallon of water.  Double this if transplanting bare root.  Best method is to prepare a 5 gallon pale and dip the roots immediately prior to transplant.

Hydroponics & Aquaponics:

  • 1oz REV per gallon of nutrient mix running through the roots

Lawn Maintenance:

  • 3.5 to 4oz REV per 1000 sq. ft. with your standard fertilizer application.
  • REV can be applied using any pump, backpack or hose-head sprayer.

Overseeding & Hydroseeding:

  • 2.5 gallons REV per acre with fertility
