Refresh the Soil. Support the Roots. Revive the Plant.
Houseplants spend their lives growing in a limited amount of soil. Over time, that growing environment can become compacted, depleted, and biologically tired—even when you're watering and fertilizing correctly.
The Houseplant Revival Kit combines two simple tools to help improve that root-zone environment:
DAKOTA Soil & Plant Enhancer helps improve the growing media surrounding the roots.
Spray & REV provides an easy, ready-to-use application of Organic REV to support beneficial biology in the root zone.
No complicated program. No measuring or mixing. Just a practical way to give tired houseplants—and the soil they depend on—a refresh.
$26.99 combined value — $18.99
What's Included
DAKOTA Soil & Plant Enhancer — 1lb
Improve the environment where your houseplant roots live.
DAKOTA SPE is a concentrated organic soil amendment that adds complex organic material to growing media and helps support the physical and biological environment around plant roots.
Use SPE when repotting, refreshing tired potting media, or improving the root environment of established plants.
A little goes a long way—the 1lb size is well suited to indoor containers and houseplant applications.
Spray & REV — Ready to Use
Bring REV biology to your houseplants without mixing a thing.
Spray & REV is a ready-to-use form of Organic REV. Simply shake and apply as part of your normal houseplant-care routine.
REV supports the living biological environment surrounding plant roots and works alongside your existing potting media and fertility program.
Why Soil Matters So Much Indoors
A houseplant can't send its roots beyond the pot looking for better conditions.
Everything it needs has to happen inside a relatively small volume of growing media.
That's why the Houseplant Revival Kit focuses below the surface:
SPE → Improve the Growing Environment
Adds organic material and helps improve the physical and biological environment surrounding the roots.
REV → Support Root-Zone Biology
Provides diverse beneficial microorganisms to help support an active biological environment around those roots.
Together, they help you address something that's easy to overlook with indoor plants:
the condition of the soil itself.
Great For
Houseplants and tropicals
Older plants in tired potting media
Plants being repotted or potted-up
Indoor herbs
Container plants
Plants that have been growing in the same media for an extended period
Refreshing potting mixes between major repottings
How to Use
When repotting or refreshing soil:
Incorporate DAKOTA SPE into your growing media according to the application directions.
For ongoing REV applications:
Shake Spray & REV and apply as directed to support the plant and root-zone environment.
Continue using an appropriate fertilizer for the nutritional needs of your particular plants.
Does This Replace Fertilizer?
No—and that's intentional.
The Houseplant Revival Kit is focused on soil environment and biology, not supplying a complete fertility program.
Continue feeding your plants appropriately. If you're looking for an Organic REV system that also includes plant nutrition and biostimulation, our Organic Power Trio Starter is the better fit.
Houseplant Revival vs. Indoor Grower Combo
Not sure which one you need?
Choose Houseplant Revival if your priority is improving tired potting media, repotting, or supporting the soil/root environment.
Choose the Indoor Grower Combo if you want easy ready-to-use REV + AMP sprays for biological and biostimulant support without mixing.
Give the Roots Some Attention
Healthy houseplants aren't just about what happens above the soil line.
